Many people would rather swallow a lie than a truth, but there are only so many lies one can tell before the truth is eventually realized. And even then, some people still would rather live knowing it is a lie. Here, it is quite evident that this is true. Although there is a fine line between someone wishing to live a lie and forcing someone to live a lie, they are both despicable acts. That being said, do you realize whom exactly you are trying to fool? You may not have an idea of the depth of the crime you have committed, and even if you do it is most likely you do not realize the consequences that are awaiting for you before and when you come to your end. You can choose to hide and cover your tracks, however.... there is nothing that can stop you from inevitably getting what you truly deserve.

Date: 2010-07-01 03:57 am (UTC)A-anyway, as you've ... probably noticed by now, your powers were taken away. Every once in awhile there's... events that'll happen. Anything from simply removing what lets us understand other people's languages to some sort of mass murders...
At the end of an event like that, you'll generally be given back something that was taken away.
If you get caught causing any sort of trouble, you'll be brainwashed temporarily to act like the... ah... drones you see around here. The people that act like Mayfield is always a good place to live...

I see. So...the culprit who is causing this mess can be said to be playing a game with the lives of whoever is taken here. Even without my powers I can say there's little to no chance he or whoever collabarated will receive an 'Innocent' verdict.
I wish none of you had to experience living in this kind of place at all.
