Many people would rather swallow a lie than a truth, but there are only so many lies one can tell before the truth is eventually realized. And even then, some people still would rather live knowing it is a lie. Here, it is quite evident that this is true. Although there is a fine line between someone wishing to live a lie and forcing someone to live a lie, they are both despicable acts. That being said, do you realize whom exactly you are trying to fool?  You may not have an idea of the depth of the crime you have committed, and even if you do it is most likely you do not realize the consequences that are awaiting for you before and when you come to your end. You can choose to hide and cover your tracks, however.... there is nothing that can stop you from inevitably getting what you truly deserve.

Yes, this man who calls himself 'Grady' will have to think twice if he thinks everyone he brings here is easy to fool. I can't be content with living a false life, either; he has power, but there is only so much one can get away with power.

I have learned that there is a man by the name of Grady who is supposedly the one responsible for our captivity in Mayfield. Not to mention the fact that he can also turn us into 'drones', therefore making us similar to most of the regular inhabitants of this town. Mindless. There is also the obvious: we have been assembled into houses, and trying to have been convinced we have lived as a family member for many years previous. There is also the fact that our powers have been taken away, if we had any. There are also 'events' in which we obtain our previous powers or important possessions. That of which can range from as unpleasant as 'mass murders' to something less so.

Death does not hold much meaning here, as well. I'm told that when one dies here, they simply wake up the next day as if nothing happens.
