The Third Judgment

[It had been sometime since the event that last shook that town, but surely not that long ago as the memories were very fresh in her mind. Memories that were just as fresh in everyone else's minds, as well.

For a moment, she stares out her window.]

...It looks like another good morning for a walk. Then again, in Mayfield it seems it is usually the same weather every day.

Miss Olivier, might you be free today for a small get-together? It would be prudent to take advantage of the good weather, after all.

[For anyone else who may want to meet her outside she will be later out near her house because staying indoors all day long isn't an option when there's more drones in her house. She can barely stand them.]

[Mao is going to be stalking her in the shadows finding a good way to scare her.]

[Clearly, Mao, you are out of your mind. Either way, she won't notice him; she may appear lost in thought.]

[Slings down from a branch upside down all Spiderman style] BOO!

1/2

[identity profile] supremejudge.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:14 am (UTC)(link)
...!

[Congratulations! You just got whacked in the face with the Rod of Remorse. Have a nice day.]

[identity profile] funkinmylab.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:16 am (UTC)(link)
[GOT HIT IN THE FACE... but it's cool]

Muhaha... It was worth taking that blow for your expression.

[identity profile] supremejudge.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:29 am (UTC)(link)
[You are first person here to have received a glare from her. And no, the drones don't count.]

For every action you make, there is a consequence. If you don't realize this soon, then you will later.

Your immaturity will not always give you such a 'reward' as you may think this moment is doing so. Some people, however, are resistant to change so I can see why you would go around doing something similar of the sort during your stay in Mayfield.

I would advise against doing it to those you do not know, as you do not know how other people would react.

[identity profile] funkinmylab.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:32 am (UTC)(link)
Hmph. Are you finished or are you bitter over the fact that you've got scared?

[identity profile] supremejudge.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:39 am (UTC)(link)
I would rather if you decide to bother to come over here that you refrain from doing something so childish in the near or far future. I also want you to leave if you have nothing better to do other than harass me.

If you're a worthy specimen, then your business is my business!

[identity profile] supremejudge.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:48 am (UTC)(link)
[What.]

...

Oh, I see.

[Shikeiki then gives Mao a cold and hard stare.]

Is that how you view other people?

[identity profile] funkinmylab.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
Muhaha! Yes! I'm a scientist, after all! This town is like a treasure chest bursting open with so many goodies to dissect and rip apart to see how they tick!

[identity profile] supremejudge.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 04:02 am (UTC)(link)
...I never want to speak with you again.

[She'll be opening that door now.]

[identity profile] funkinmylab.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 04:08 am (UTC)(link)
I'll do anything for the sake of knowledge.

... I won't stop you, but knowing how this town works... We'll be crossing paths again eventually.

[identity profile] supremejudge.livejournal.com 2010-07-16 04:13 am (UTC)(link)
[She has her back to him.]

There are many who would, and at times due to this there are many situations that cannot be reversed because of that. Simply ready to do anything for the sake of knowledge is readily putting caution to the wind, without regard for the consequences.

Hopefully not, for both of our sakes.

[And closes the door.]
